# What are Reports?

![Classic (left) vs Advanced (right) Reports](/files/aEmgp2WvWL2YDGB6qdkd)

Reports provide analytics and statistics to better understand the performance of your team and the volume of support tickets passing through your organization.

Depending on your subscription plan, Keeping offers two levels of reporting. Keeping's base level subscription plans include access to **Classic Reporting**, which provides high level statistics on overall ticket volume and agent performance.

If you require more detailed reporting, Keeping offers **Advanced Reporting**, which provides detailed statistics by mailbox, tag, and agent. It also offers the ability to [export statistics to CSV](/help/reporting-and-analytics/advanced-reports/export-to-csv.md). Advanced Reports are included with the Organization subscription plan.
