# Pausing your subscription

How to pause your subscription when you may not be using Keeping but need to preserve your data.

You can pause your paid subscription from the Plans & Billing section of your Keeping's settings. Click the **Manage Subscription** button to pause your plan.

Only agents with the "Billing Admin" role may pause an account.
