# Browser permissions

In order to receive push notifications from Keeping, **you may need to tell Chrome that Keeping is allowed to send notifications.** Typically this will happen when you press the "Enable Notifications" button, but if you've configured Chrome to block all notification requests you may need to provide permission manually.

1. Open Chrome on your computer.
2. At the top right, click the "three dot menu" and then **Settings**.
3. Under "Privacy and security," click **Site Settings**.
4. Click **Notifications**.
5. Under the "Allow" section, click **Add**, and then enter "\*.keeping.com"
