What is Keeping's Linear Integration?

is a project management app that helps teams plan, build, and track issues for products. It's designed for product teams, especially those in software development, to streamline their processes.

See how Keeping’s Linear integration streamlines your support and development workflows. Link a Keeping ticket to a Linear issue (or create a new Linear Issue) from inside Keeping.

Linear in Keeping

Once connected, you can link a Keeping ticket to a Linear issue or create a new Linear issue directly from Keeping.

Connecting Linear to Keeping

You'll need to be able to log in to your Linear account to connect it to Keeping. Start by navigating to the Keeping Integrations page and clicking the Add Integration button on the Linear tile. From there, you'll need to login to your Linear account and provide access to Keeping.

Search and Link Linear Issues from Keeping

Need to link a Keeping ticket to an existing Linear issue? Search for the issue by Linear Issue ID or words in the Linear issue subject or body , and then link it to the Keeping ticket.

Create New Linear Issues from Keeping

You can create new Linear issues from the Keeping sidebar. Expand the Linear section in the Keeping sidebar, click "Link to Issue" and then "Add New" to add a new Issue to your Linear project. The newly created issue will be automatically linked to the Keeping ticket.

Once a Linear issue is connected to a Keeping ticket, Keeping will automatically add a link to the Keeping ticket in the Linear issue.

Unlink a Linear Issue from A Keeping Ticket

You can unlink a Linear Issue from a Keeping Ticket by clicking the "Unlink" icon next to the Linear Issue subject.
