# Adding and removing paid seats

You can add or remove the number of paid agents to your plan anytime.  Any changes made during the middle of a subscription period will be pro-rated.

Click the gear icon in the upper right to visit the **Settings** for your account. Click the **Manage** link on your settings page's **Plans & Billing** tab to adjust the number of paid agents on your plan. Only admins can add or remove the number of agents on an account.
