# Moving a ticket
## How do you move a ticket to another mailbox?
When viewing a ticket, you can move a ticket to a different shared mailbox by clicking on the mailbox name in the upper right corner of the right sidebar.

An agent can move a ticket to any active shared mailbox, even if they do not have permission to access the destination mailbox.
