Desktop Notifications

Use Desktop notifications to be notified when you are not inside Gmail.

You'll need to give permission to Keeping to send you desktop notifications. If you aren't receiving notifications after enabling them, make sure you aren't blocking them in your browser.

Enable Notifications

In your Keeping Settings, click the "Enable Notifications" button to provide permission.

Configure your Notifications

Notifications can be configured for each mailbox. Click on the pencil icon next to a mailbox name, and then choose how you want to be notified.

Choose when you would like to see a desktop notification:

  • Never will suppress all notifications for the selected event.

  • All Tickets will send a notification for every ticket regardless of who it is assigned to.

  • My Tickets will send a notification only when a ticket is assigned to you.
