What is Keeping's ClickUp Integration?

is a project management app that helps teams collaborate and manage tasks. It offers a variety of tools for planning, tracking, and organizing projects.

Enhance collaboration and boost efficiency with Keeping's ClickUp Integration! Seamlessly connect your support team and ClickUp to ensure no customer inquiry or internal task is overlooked.

ClickUp in Keeping

Once connected, you'll be able to link a Keeping ticket to an existing ClickUp task, or create a new ClickUp task directly from inside Keeping.

Connecting ClickUp to Keeping

You'll need to be able to log in to your ClickUp account to connect it to Keeping. Start by navigating to the Keeping Integrations page and clicking the Add Integration button on the ClickUp tile. From there, you'll need to login to your ClickUp account and provide access to Keeping.

Search and Link ClickUp Tasks from Keeping

To link a Keeping ticket to an existing ClickUp task, search for the task using its ClickUp ID. Then, link it to the Keeping ticket by clicking the "link" icon in the Search Results. Note that, due to a limitation in ClickUp, tasks can only be searched by ID.

Create New ClickUp Tasks from Keeping

You can create new ClickUp tasks from the Keeping sidebar. Expand the ClickUp section in the Keeping sidebar, click "Link to Task" and then "Add New" to add a new Task to your chosen ClickUp list.

See A Link to Your Keeping Ticket in the ClickUp Task

Once an ClickUp task is connected to a Keeping ticket, Keeping will automatically add a comment to the ClickUp task that provides a link back to a read only version of the Keeping ticket.

Unlink an ClickUp Task from A Keeping Ticket

You can unlink an ClickUp Task from a Keeping Ticket by clicking the "Unlink" icon next to the ClickUp Task subject.
