## Jira in Keeping

Once connected, you can link a Keeping ticket to a Jira issue or create a new Jira issue directly from Keeping.

## Connecting Jira to Keeping

You'll need to be able to log in to your Jira account to connect it to Keeping.  Start by navigating to the Keeping Integrations page and clicking the **Add Integration** button on the Jira tile. From there, you'll need to login to your Jira account and provide access to Keeping.

## Search and Link Jira Issues from Keeping

Need to link a Keeping ticket to an existing Jira issue? Search for the task by Jira Issue ID or words in the Jira issue subject (1) , and then link it to the Keeping ticket (2)

## Create New Jira Issues from Keeping

You can create new Jira issues from the Keeping sidebar. Expand the Jira section in the Keeping sidebar, click "Link to Issue" and then "Add New" to add a new Issue to your Jira project. The newly created issue will be automatically linked to the Keeping ticket.

## See A Link to Your Keeping Ticket in the Jira Issue

Once a Jira issue is connected to a Keeping ticket, Keeping will automatically add a link to the Keeping ticket in the Jira issue.

## Unlink a Jira Issue from A Keeping Ticket

You can unlink a Jira Issue from a Keeping Ticket by clicking the "Unlink" icon next to the Jira Issue subject.&#x20;
