# Toolbar Not Refreshing

If the counters in your Keeping toolbar don't update when you change a ticket's status, check the following:

1. If you see "Relaunch to update" in the upper right corner of Chrome, click it to update your browser.

2. You may have temporarily lost your internet connection. Refresh your Gmail tab to restore the connection.
3. Your computer may have gone to "sleep" and needs to reestablish its connection with Keeping. Refresh your Gmail tab to restore the connection.
